The Australian Institute for Performing Arts (AIPA) is proud to offer (for the first year) Junior students from across Australia, passionate and talented singers and dancers the opportunity to be one of the first cast members of GLEE Club Australia Talent Development Project.
GLEE Club “Juniors” will study with some of America's best choreographers, composers, musical directors and vocal coaches and perform in a show specifically designed for the US market.
In both 2010 and 2011 this project opened doors for so many teens and young adult performers with a number offered both US mangement and representation. Lifelong friendships were made, the professional contacts secured by the cast were mind-blowing.
This opportunity is now being extended to Australian juniors age 10 to 14 years – an experience not to be missed in 2012 for anyone serious about their craft and wanting to take a huge step and explore the US musical theatre industry with the best teachers on the planet.
If you are going to be a professional, why not train as one? This is an opportunity that is true to life. If you are not dedicated and motivated, please don’t apply as you won’t enjoy it. If you live and breathe the industry, sign up for an audition!
Teachers wishing to use this experience as professional development are welcome to apply to come along. This will be need to be self-funded.
