USING THIS SITE :: Navigation
Top Menu: this menu has quick links to the Homepage, Contact, Events Calendar, Frequently Asked Questions and Testimonials. Image Main Menu: this menu can be accessed by rolling your mouse over the menu items. It categorises all our current Tours/Workshops and other helpful information. Image Important Information can be found under the IMPORTANT PAGES tab. If you are looking for information on how to use the site, questions about the website, resetting your forgotten password and other things, please look here. Search Box: Image If you're looking for something in particular, enter your search terms into the box provided, then hit go. The result/s will appear on a page. If you cannot find what you are looking for try and expand your search rather than narrowing your search terms. For example: enter “PAWS” instead of “PAWS Canada 2010 Improv Games” Music Player: At the top of every page is music player (see images for basic instruction). By default, it is not on auto-play, which means you can control the volume and the occasions on which you choose to listen. You can listen to some of the tracks previous Performing Arts Tours students have sung, played, created. Image
WHAT A LONG PAGE! MY ARMS MAY FALL OFF IF I HAVE TO SCROLL. IS THERE A FAST WAY TO GET BACK TO THE TOP?
|
Lucky for you there most certainly is! When you scroll far enough down a page the arrow icon will appear. Click this whenever you wish to return to the top of the page. Image |
TOUR INFORMATION
All tour information is listed on the tour or workshop’s appropriate page. You can check this page for updates and information. We recommend you do this, particularly before a tour starts in the lead up to the start date or as an audition date nears. Tour information is now summarised in a handy little table at the top of each page outlining the most important details at a glance at your convenience. A more expanded version containing more detail is outlined beneath that. Forms and downloads that may exist for each particular tour are generally contained as links within the text, and at the end of the text for easy reference. Image
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SELECTIVE & AN OPEN TOUR/WORKSHOP?
A Selective Tour/Workshop is one where you are required to apply to take part. You may be required to audition, though requirements are generally detailed on the relevant page. Successful applicants will then be given the opportunity to attend. An Open Tour/Workshop is one in which anyone can attend.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE SELECTIVE TOURS
At the foot of applicable event, tour or workshop listings you will notice a link saying "Register Your Interest". If you wish to apply to audition or express your interest in a tour/workshop, then click simply this link. You'll get a pop-up screen with requirements and details which we need from you. When you have filled out the screen, you can submit the information to us. This is known as the initial application form. See the next section for more information. Images If you are not currently a member and wish to apply for a tour/workshop: Go to the next section and follow the steps. If you are already a member and wish to apply for a tour/workshop: Existing members will have most likely already filled out this form. To avoid unnecessarily filling it out again, we recommend that you login to the membership area first, navigate to the page of a tour that you wish to apply for, and then click the Register Your Interest link. Your interest will be automatically sent to us using the details you have previously entered - to save you the hassle of filling things out multiple times. Much easier!
WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?
At the foot of applicable event, tour or workshop listings you will notice a link saying "Register Your Interest". It also appears in the summary section on certain pages . If you wish to apply to audition or express your interest in a tour/workshop, then click this link. You will then need to fill out a Registration Form. This application gets sent to us. When you have successfully been accepted for a tour or workshop, we process your information, and you will be able to pay via the Members’ Area. Non-members will receive an email with information on how to login. All members will see this tour appear under the 'My Pending Seminar(s)' header. To complete your registration you must secure your spot by paying and filling in the appropriate forms. All forms listed under the 'Fill Form' header must be completed before you can choose to make a payment.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER

Click on the tab at the top of the page. The tab will open, as shown in images. Image Become a member only if you are successfully chosen for a tour: Follow the steps in WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS? listed above. If successful in auditioning for a selective tour, we process you when you will be sent a login e-mail outlining details required accessing the Members’ Area and making payments. |
HOW TO USE THE MEMBERSHIP AREA

HOW TO FILL IN THE FINAL ENROLMENT FORMS
Image Final enrolment forms for each tour will be listed under the Fill Form heading. Clicking the GO button, will enable a screen to pop-up with the relevant form. You must fill this form in before registration for the tour is complete. You will be unable to pay if this form has not been filled in first. Each tour has a slightly different form. WARNING: In form fields which require numeric input (this includes Medicare numbers, phone numbers, mobile numbers etc) you cannot enter any hyphens or spaces, or you may receive errors on submission. IMPORTANT NOTE: when you have completed your form and submitted it, all information is retained. If you realise you made a mistake or need to change your address and email information. You can do so by accessing the form again. You're form will appear with all the details you filled in earlier. Proceed to make the changes and submit again. Before a form can be saved the first time, all required fields indicated by an asterisk (*) need to be filled in before the form will allow you to submit it. This is so mandatory fields are not missed. If you are finding it is taking too long to fill out, we suggest filling in all the required areas first, hit submit, and return to fill in the other areas later
