Conditions of enrolment and attendance vary for each tour and workshop. They will be appropriately outlined according to each particular event either at time of acceptance into the tour or beforehand.
All transactions on this site are processed in either AUD or USD - all costs and currency will be clearly specified where appropriate.
All prices include GST and taxes.
Use of both AUD and USD on this site allows us to charge in the most appropriate currency and be able to offer the most realistic prices so we can pass on more savings and value to our students.
Please note:
For most of our tours, all registered attendants will need to complete an enrolment form and consent form upon
payment securing your place. The kind of form/s you will need to submit will vary with each tour. You may need access to details such as medical history and who to
contact in an emergency, so please have this information ready before
you begin. Most of the required forms can now be filled in online from within your Member's Area once successfully accepted into the tour.
Enrolment forms are essential where required and will be needed to complete the registration process. Please contact us using the methods above should you have any problems or questions. You can complete your enrolment online knowing your information is securely encrypted.
All card payments are guaranteed secure and handled through Westpac's Payway with 128 bit SSL encryption which is the industry standard and the minimum level to meet our requirements.

Pricing Policy:
All of our prices are in one of two currencies, and clearly listed before making payment. Where charged in Australian dollars (AUD) all costs include GST (Goods and services tax). All international orders for tours and workshops charged in AUD will be billed in Australian dollars. Where tours and workshops are charged in US Dollars (USD) all costs will include taxes. International currencies used to pay for tours and workshops charged in USD rates will be billed at the current conversion rates as set by your bank.
Refund Policy:
All enrolments and payments are final. We suggest that all participants take out insurance in case you need to cancel or withdraw. Travel insurance will cover cancellation due to unforseen circumstances. There are many options for travel insurance and you can compare some of the different options at this site.
Customer Service Policy:
If for any reason we are unable to provide the service described we will notify you as soon as possible. You, the customer, have the responsibility to ensure that all your details are up to date at all times (where applicable). This is important in cases where we need to contact you or send updates. Please ensure you maintain your information and contact details, and notify us of any changes. Members can update thier details via the Member's Area interface.
Privacy Policy:
All enrolment information is stored in secure databases and is held in strictest confidence. This information is strictly used only in case of an emergency and for other enrolment processes used for Performing Arts Tours, AIPA or Best Camp Ever. We will not share with any third parties or sell your information to other people.
All transactions will appear on your credit card as billed by the merchant "Best Camp Ever (Performing Arts Tours Pty Ltd)".
“AIPA” & “Performing Arts Tours” are dedicated to keeping your details in the strcitest confidence. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with information regarding the tours, workshops and related matters.
“AIPA” & “Performing Arts Tours” may use cookies to allow you to make payments on the site. Cookies sent to your computer from “AIPA” & “Performing Arts Tours” only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
